To ensure efficient high-technology processing, you consent to the transfer or storage of your data within the infrastructure of our global service providers as follows:
- Google Cloud & MongoDB Atlas: Data is stored and managed in the Singapore region.
- Vertex AI (Google Cloud): Image data may be transmitted for processing via AI systems in the Iowa region (USA). Such providers maintain international security standards and comply with the requirements of the PDPA.
4. Data Retention Period
We retain your personal data for as long as you remain a user of our platform or for the period required by law.
- Uploaded Images: Images are retained in the system for a period of 7 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
