Welcome to Maekai AI (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), developed and managed by [KUDOT Co., Ltd.] (the "Service Provider").

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before use. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Definitions

  • "Service": The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems for creating or modifying product images via the Internet.
  • "User": Any natural person or legal entity that registers and purchases credits for use on the Platform.
  • "User Content": Any information, images, or objects uploaded to the system by the User.
  • "Output": Images generated by the AI system based on User Content.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership of Output: The Service Provider hereby grants all rights, title, and interest in the "Output" generated to the User immediately upon completion of the generation process. The User shall have the right to store, modify, publish, and commercially exploit the Output without limitation.
  • Responsibility for Original Content: The User represents and warrants that they are the legal owner of or have obtained all necessary licenses for the "User Content" uploaded. The User agrees to be solely responsible for any claims of copyright infringement by third parties.

3. Payment & Credits Policy

  • Purchase of Credits: Credits are intended for redemption of services at the rates specified within the Platform only. Credits are non-exchangeable and non-refundable for cash.
  • Deduction of Credits: Credits will be deducted from the account immediately upon the User's confirmation of the successful image generation process, regardless of whether the Output meets the User's expectations.
  • Refund of Credits: The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse credit refunds under all circumstances, except in the event of a direct technical error of the system.

4. Disclaimer

  • Quality of Output: The Service Provider does not warrant that the Output will be perfect or 100% meet the User's requirements, as results depend on external factors and the limitations of AI technology.
  • Limitation of Liability: The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform.

5. Cancellation & Refund

  • Service Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.
  • Refund Policy: The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse refunds under all circumstances, except in the event of a direct technical error of the system.

6. Modification of Terms

  • The Service Provider reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified through the Platform.
  • Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
